![]() ![]() People like to talk about how warhammer is expensive, but there is just no way I can even make it through a single box of minis every month. Think about your average night playing 40k. I know me and my friends would cycle through like 7 different places based on the mood. Only problem I think would be that people would get bored or the menu eventually. Serving food is just about the only thing that would make sense, but people like to eat elsewhere too.Īnonymous 10/09/22(Sun)23:57:46 No. Say its like 15 dollars a month, even 30 people paying this is only going to pull in 450 dollars a month, which probably wont even cover the lease of the building. I hate to say it but I would pay a subscription fee to play in a store that is nice. Even a community of 30 people all playing Warhammer just don't have enough turn over to prop up an flg entirely. Makes me wonder, what is a feasible game store model that doesn't hinge its success on mtg whales. Im sad that the store is gone now though cause there is no where to play. Meanwhile I could amazon it at probably 5 dollars off and have it the next day or the one after. ![]() It was always, oh let me order it for you, but actually he was only going to place the order when he had enough stuff, so it was like 2-3 weeks for anything. My old local store closed down, and while I feel bad he never had anything in stock. ![]()
